Lukas Gage (“The White Lotus,” “Euphoria”) has joined the solid of HBO Max’s eight-episode sequence adaptation of the DC Comics title “Lifeless Boy Detectives”.
The story follows Edwin Payne (George Rexstrew) and Charles Rowland (Jayden Revri), two lifeless British youngsters, and their very alive buddy, Crystal Palace (Kassius Nelson), who examine supernatural phenomena.
Gage will play the recurring position of the charming trickster often called the Cat King. He takes over the position from former “Supernatural” alum Alexander Calvert.
Steve Yockey wrote the pilot and likewise serves as government producer and co-showrunner together with Beth Schwartz. Jeremy Carver, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Leigh London Redman and Lee Toland Krieger government produce.
This can mark the second latest adaptation of the property following the characters showing on an episode of “Doom Patrol” final season with Sebastian Croft and Ty Tennant taking part in Rowland and Payne respectively, whereas Madalyn Horcher performed Crystal.
